Creating Meaningful Experiences Before Christmas

In 2017 DJ’s 6 Days of Giving program focused on creating 6 meaningful experiences in the days leading up to Christmas. DeAndre wears the number 6 jersey for the Los Angeles Clippers.

The program kicked off in 2017 with DJ:

• DAY 1 shopping at MATTEL for 100 kids from the Why Can’t We Make a Difference Foundation

• DAY 2 donating 600 coloring books and teddy bears to patients at Children’s Hospital LA.

• DAY 3 treated a group of 60 kids to a private viewing of a children’s holiday movie.

• DAY 4 sent 6 veterans and their families on an unforgettable holiday trip to Disneyland.

• DAY 5 donating Clipper game tickets to the first responders of the devastating LA Fires.

• DAY 6 hosted 6 Houston families affected by Hurricane Harvey to a night out at the Clippers vs. Rockets game that included a post-game meet and greet!
